How to Order

Ordering
Ordering Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed. Selecting upgraded shipping applies to the shipping only—it does not speed up the production of the dress. Dye lots may vary when placing individual orders. Group orders should be placed as one order to maintain color consistency. Colors from different manufacturers are not comparable to other manufacturers' colors.


A Word on Dye-Lot
You do need to order all your dresses at the same time. Fabric dye-lots can vary. If you order the dresses one at a time, the dresses might not all be from the same dye-lot so they might not all be the exact same color. A lot of brides tell their bridesmaids/flower girls to order dress #XYZ in a certain color. When you order from us, we can help with that. Just contact us with the style number of the dress you want, the color you want, your wedding date and the names of all your bridesmaids. That way, we will watch for their orders. We will let you know who has ordered and who has not and we will hold all of their orders. Then after the final bridesmaid places her order, we will customize all of the dresses for you at once so that they will all come from the same dye-lot! With this option, the bride or designated bridesmaid should call and set up an event with an associate. All girls then must speak to the same associate when placing their order. If placing individual internet online orders, the comments need to specify whose party and the associates name handling the event.


Ordering Online
To make a purchase online, simply choose a size and color and click on the “Add to Cart” button for the item(s) you wish to purchase. When you are finished shopping, click on the “View Cart” button to begin the checkout process. Ordering By Email
Email your order to us at service@hebesbridal.com. Please include the following information: designer, style number, color, size, your name and billing address, payment information, phone number, shipping address, and wedding date.
