Return Policy



Wedding Gowns We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on specialty ordered gowns such as changing the neckline, changing the sleeves and the other special requirements. All the dresses are custom-made on website, in general condition, we cannot accept the replacement. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 2 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive an email confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full retail price of the gown. No bride will buy any returned gowns from HeBes Bridal so therefore we must have a 50% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. HeBes Bridal has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms. Attention: 1. If the color has a difference from the one shown in the computer, it maybe due to the difference of display monitor. Image colors may vary from monitor to monitor. Colors do vary from designer to designer. Colors with the same name from different designers will be different. Dye lots may vary. Colors may vary by fabric. Attention: 2. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" ~ 3" in either direction of specified measurements. Other Merchandise We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves and other Accessories. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 'In Stock' Items. Damaged Merchandise We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves HeBes Bridal. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, we must receive an email confirmation that you would like to return the "damaged" merchandise and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the professional staff, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the professional staff. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. HeBes Bridal will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. HeBes Bridal will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier. Canceled Orders Before wedding dress tailoring, all dress orders canceled within 12 hours from the initial purchase will lose none of the merchandise purchase price for customers' color, size and style exchange. Once dress tailored, all dress orders canceled 12 hours later and 3 days before the initial purchase will lose 20% of the merchandise purchase price, after 3 days the initial purchase will lose 50% of the merchandise purchase price, also for above exchange need from customers. If a dress order with emergency fee extra paid, its cancelation will principally be denied, otherwise 50% of the merchandise purchase price will be lost with no emergency fee back HeBes Bridal reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. HeBes Bridal shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing. All Canceled Orders must be written done in email. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils and other Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown.HeBes Bridal has the most up front return policy in the industry. Refunds Refunds are issued in US Dollars. Tip of the Day:
Using a padded wedding date does not speed up the ordering process. It may slow it down if we need to contact you due the closeness of the shipping date. Please submit your actual wedding date.
